Terms of Service

Placing an order

• Prices on the site are in Indian rupees and are for the piece as shown, in the size or option you pick. They do not include delivery.
• An order is confirmed only when we say so on WhatsApp, after the design, price, delivery address and date are agreed. Tapping a button on the site is an enquiry, not a purchase.
• Because every piece is personalised, we may ask for part payment to start making it. We tell you the amount and how to pay before you commit.

Making time and delivery

• Each product shows its making time. That clock starts when we have everything we need from you: photos, names, dates, and for preservation pieces, the keepsake itself.
• We ship the day a piece is finished. Delivery time on top depends on your address and the courier, usually 2 to 5 working days within India. We share the tracking number.
• If you have a date, tell us at the start. We will say honestly whether we can meet it and will not take the order if we cannot.

Customisation and approval

• We send a design, layout or colour check on WhatsApp before making anything that carries your photos or words. Once you approve it, that is what we make.
• Please check spellings, dates and photo choices at that stage. We copy them exactly as approved.
• Resin is poured by hand. Small differences in colour, bubbles, flake and flower placement are part of the piece, not a fault, and no two pours are identical.

Keepsakes you send us

• For preservation pieces you post us a real object: a varmala, a rose, a hospital tag. We handle it with care but cannot be responsible for loss or damage in transit to us. Use a tracked courier and pack as we advise.
• Dried flowers change colour inside resin. We will tell you what to expect for your flowers before we pour. The original object cannot be returned once it is set.

Cancellations, returns and damage

• You can cancel before we start making. After that, materials and work are already spent on a piece nobody else can use, so part payment is not refunded.
• Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
• If a piece arrives damaged, send us photos of the item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery and we will repair, remake or refund it. If we made a mistake against the approved design, we fix it at our cost.

Photos and content

Photos of our work on this site and on Instagram are ours or used with permission. Please do not reuse them. We only show a customer’s piece with their consent.
