Privacy Policy

What this site collects

• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets a cookie and records the pages you open, your rough location (city level) and the device you use. It does not record your name, number or what you type.
• Gift Finder. What you type or say into the Gift Finder is sent to our server and on to an AI model (currently Google’s Gemma and Gemini, on their free tier, which may use the text to improve their models) so it can suggest gifts. Speech is turned into text by your own browser; no audio reaches us. We keep a short server log of searches to improve the suggestions. Please don’t put personal details in a search — “wife ke liye birthday gift” is all it needs.
• Reviews. If you leave a review, we store the name, occasion, rating, text and photo you submit. Reviews are checked by us before they appear on the site.
• Gift messages and enquiries. Anything you type into a product page goes into the WhatsApp message you send us. The site itself does not store it.

What we collect on WhatsApp

To make your order we need your name, delivery address, phone number, the photos or keepsakes you send for the gift, and the names, dates or words you want on it. We use these only to make and deliver that order. We do not sell or share them, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

Photos and keepsakes you send are used only for your piece. We may ask your permission before showing a finished piece on the site or on Instagram; we never do so without it.

Who else sees your data

• Our content system (Sanity) stores the catalogue and submitted reviews.
• Our hosting provider (Vercel) serves the pages and keeps standard access logs.
• Google Analytics processes the visit statistics described above.
• The AI providers named above receive Gift Finder searches, without your identity.
• The courier receives your name, address and phone number to deliver the parcel.

How long we keep it

Order details stay in our WhatsApp chat so we can help with repeats, replacements or questions later. Review submissions stay as long as the review is on the site. Analytics data is kept according to Google’s default retention for GA4.

Your choices

• You can browse the whole site without accepting anything or signing in.
• Blocking cookies in your browser stops the analytics cookie; the site still works.
• Message us on WhatsApp at +918707268327 to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to have a review or photo taken down. We do it within a few days.

Children

The site is meant for adults buying gifts. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; a parent or guardian can ask us to remove anything submitted by a child.
